Royalties

The Company holds a 0.5% NSR on the McKinnon-Hawkins Gold Project, currently operated by E2 Gold Inc. The property comprises a total of 1,536 hectares over a historic gold zone stretching over three kilometres. The property subject to the royalty has a NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource estimate of 6.2 million tonnes at a grade of 1.65 g/t Au for 328,800 Au ounces with an effective date of September 10, 2020. The claims were originally staked by Don McKinnon for the similarity to Hemlo. E2 Gold is presently completing a 10,000-metre drill program.
