(TSXV: CO) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2013 Mr. Fraser Laschinger has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for the Company. Mr. Laschinger has been with Canadian Orebodies since 2011 leading the Company's corporate development initiatives.

Mr. Joseph Heng, the current Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary will remain on as a consultant to ensure a seamless transition. The Company would like to thank Mr. Heng, who has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since August 2010, for his service and contributions to the Company.
